Why can’t I see my next round?
The round hasn’t been paired by staff yet – this happens once every match from the previous round has a reported result. Pairing isn’t automatic – all matches have to finish and be reported; then staff can trigger the pairing for next round.
Why can’t I find my tournament in the app?
Make sure you’re signed in with the correct Melee account, that you selected Playing (in case you are also staff in an organization), and that the event has been published by the organizer. Unpublished or test events won’t appear.
Who do I contact for a ruling or dispute?
Always call a staff member at your event in person – the app is a tool for tracking pairings and results, the tournament staff are always the final authority for the event.
My result looks wrong – can I fix it myself?
If you or your opponent already reported it – no. You need to flag a staff member to have the result edited.
Why does my status show as dropped/no-show when I’m still playing?
This needs to be corrected by the tournament staff, find them immediately if this happens.
Is there a way to get notified when something changes with my match?
Yes – enable notifications for Melee Mobile at your device’s system level.
How can I leave feedback for the app or ask for assistance?
Report your feedback or issue through contact@melee.gg or on our dedicated Discord channel.
