Sometimes a Melee event can get stuck in an error state and the event will not advance to the next round. In cases like this, we have found a couple of tricks that can help. Please try the following.
- Toggle the Status of the event. Set the event to “Registration” and then back to “In Progress.”
- Recalculate the round’s standings.
- Make sure all match results have been reported and there aren’t any unmatched players that haven’t been “unenrolled.”
