Player wants to submit or edit a decklist past the start time of the event

Solution 1 : You can change the “Decklist Submission Deadline” to allow more time for player decklist submissions

Solution 2: You can change the start time of the event to a later time and make sure the event is in “Registration” to allow player decklist submissions

Note: Staff can still make changes on behalf of players after the event has started

Player wants to submit a decklist that is in their personal decklist library

You can assist the player through the following steps:

1. Click on their Profile picture and select “Your Decklists”
2. Click the green gear next to the decklist and select “Use for a Tournament”
3. Select the correct tournament and click “Submit”
4. Confirm the decklist is correct and click “Submit Decklist”
5. Select the Archetype, if needed, and click “Confirm”

Player wants to submit a decklist found on Melee that is NOT in their personal decklist library

You can assist the player through the following steps:

1. Navigate to the decklist they wish to use for the tournament
2. Click the “Actions” dropdown on the decklist page and select “Use for a Tournament”
3. Select the correct tournament and click “Submit”
4. Confirm the decklist is correct and click “Submit Decklist”
5. Select the Archetype, if needed, and click “Confirm”

Player wants to submit a decklist stored outside of Melee

You can assist the player through the following steps:

1. Navigate to the tournament’s Player Controller
2. Look in the “Decklists” section and click “Submit”
3. Enter the decklist and confirm it is correct
   • If they need assistance inputting their decklist, have them check out THIS help article.
4. Click “Submit Decklist”
5. Select the Archetype, if needed, and click “Confirm”

Player wants to edit the decklist they have submitted

Solution 1: The player can edit the decklist from the Player Controller

1. Have the player navigate to the event’s Player Controller
2. Look in the “Decklists” section and click “Edit”
3. Make any changes that are needed to the decklist
4. Confirm the decklist is correct and press “Submit Decklist”
5. Select the Archetype, if needed, and press “Confirm”

Solution 2: You can edit the decklist from the Tournament Controller

1. Navigate to the “Decklists” tab on the tournament controller
2. Click the green gear next to the player’s name and select Edit/Import
3. Make any changes that are needed to the decklist
4. Confirm the decklist is correct and press “Submit Decklist”
5. Select the Archetype, if needed, and press “Confirm”
